A cohort is a group of leaders learning with and from one another along with a cohort director over a specific length of time. We have three cohorts that focus on organizational leadership, organization culture, and building healthy systems. Each cohort last from 3-6 months and varies in cost.
Organizational Leadership
This cohort focuses on structure and alignment within your organization. We will diagnose problem areas and work hard to structure your organization for growth and impact.
Organizational Culture
Culture is one of the most essential parts of any organization. Some would argue it is the most important. In this cohort we will work to get your culture right so that your vision can thrive.
Building Healthy Systems
Healthy churches have healthy systems and the best leader know who, what, and how to build systems to sustain growth. In this cohort we will take a deep dive into your systems and create processes to sustain growth in your organization.
Competencies covered in the organizational leadership opportunities include stewardship and finance, systems development, strategic planning, team development, organizational conflict, church culture, volunteer culture, leadership culture, staff culture, and generosity culture.
